📋 Description
• Pilotage de la delivery des services et gestion de la qualité de service • Gestion de projets et coordination des équipes • Pilotage financier et gestion du P&L • Interlocuteur client principal pour la delivery • Reporting et suivi des KPIs de performance
🎯 Requirements
• Niveau d'expérience: 10-15 ans • Anglais courant (La langue de Shakespeare n’a pas de secret pour vous) • Expérimenté en gestion de projet / Service Delivery Management (SDM) • Expérimenté en gestion du P&L • Connaissance du monde de l’hôtellerie, la restauration ou le retail est un plus • CDI souhaité (Type de contrat indiqué)
