📋 Description
• Take charge of strategic projects related to governance, employee savings plans and partner flows • Ensure communication between the various stakeholders • Guarantee proper governance and compliance with the established framework • Facilitate and maintain steering and monitoring committees
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in AMOA / Business Analysis project roles (minimum 8–10 years) • Strong knowledge of employee savings schemes, regulatory requirements and IT environments • Demonstrated expertise in governance management, committee facilitation and coordination across multiple stakeholders • Leadership, autonomy and strong communication skills
