📋 Description

• Progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni ServiceNow • Configurazione e mantenimento delle istanze di ServiceNow • Collaborazione con team interfunzionali per raccogliere i requisiti • Implementazione di integrazioni tra ServiceNow e altri sistemi aziendali • Creazione e manutenzione della documentazione tecnica • Partecipazione alle revisioni del codice e implementazione delle migliori prassi

🎯 Requirements

• Esperienza almeno 1 anno nello sviluppo su piattaforma ServiceNow • Conoscenza dei moduli ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Catalog, Workflow • Esperienza nella personalizzazione di Business Rule, Client Script, UI Policy, UI Action • Sviluppo di Integration Hub, REST/SOAP API, Web Services • Conoscenza di JavaScript, HTML, CSS nel contesto ServiceNow • Certificazione in ambito ServiceNow è preferita
