📋 Description
• Piloter la structuration fonctionnelle et coordonner les activités des Business Analysts. • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des parties prenantes. • Rédiger et valider les spécifications fonctionnelles. • Assurer la communication transverse entre métiers et IT, et coacher les BA juniors. • Participer aux ateliers et cérémonies agiles. • Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais. • Échanger régulièrement en anglais dans un contexte international.
🎯 Requirements
• Business Analyst Senior avec minimum 7 ans d’expérience • À l’aise avec le recueil des besoins, la rédaction de spécifications • Bonne culture technique (backend / API) • Compétences en pilotage fonctionnel, coordination transverse et communication • Capable de structurer l’équipe, coacher les BA juniors et gérer plusieurs squads avec efficacité • À l’aise en anglais (échanges réguliers dans un environnement international)
