• Progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di applicazioni ServiceNow • Sviluppare e personalizzare applicazioni, moduli e flussi di lavoro ServiceNow • Configurare e mantenere istanze di ServiceNow • Collaborare con team interfunzionali per raccolta requisiti • Progettare e implementare integrazioni REST e SOAP • Creare e mantenere documentazione tecnica • Partecipare a revisioni del codice e implementare best practice
• Esperienza consolidata nello sviluppo su piattaforma ServiceNow • Conoscenza dei moduli ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Catalog, Workflow • Esperienza nella personalizzazione e sviluppo di Business Rule, Client Script, UI Policy, UI Action, Flow Designer • Sviluppo e gestione di Integration Hub, REST/SOAP API, Web Services • Conoscenza di JavaScript, HTML, CSS applicati al contesto ServiceNow • Familiarità con ServiceNow Studio, Scoped App, e Update Set • Possesso di ServiceNow Certified System Administrator o certificazioni superiori rappresenta un requisito preferenziale
