📋 Description

‱ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential buyers of forest carbon offsets. ‱ Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, adapting to the unique challenges of a small, expanding team. ‱ Build and manage a high-performing business development region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. ‱ Leverage market insights and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the forest conservation sector. ‱ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales processes, messaging, and overall client experience, with a focus on scalability. ‱ Act as a key liaison between regional clients and Everland's global leadership team, ensuring effective communication and support for strategic initiatives. ‱ Represent Everland at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's mission and portfolio. ‱ Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Passion for making a difference for forest conservation, wildlife protection, and community livelihood development. ‱ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field. ‱ A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. ‱ 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on the environmental or sustainability sectors. ‱ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. ‱ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage high-performing teams, particularly within the context of a small, growing organization. ‱ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. ‱ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
