📋 Description

• Support, maintain, and optimize EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system • Serve as subject matter expert for system configuration and troubleshooting • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency • Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system enhancements • Maintain foundational system setup including business rules and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro • Strong understanding of HR processes and U.S. employment practices • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements such as FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and payroll tax laws • Hands-on UKG Pro configuration and system administration experience • Ability to analyze data and problem-solve • Experience supporting integrations via API, SFTP, or vendor feeds
