📋 Description

• Ensure project teams attain optimal reimbursement for client’s products • Lead project teams developing evidence to demonstrate treatment value to Canadian payers • Manage the submission process including creating detailed workplans, liaising with clients, and handling interactions with health technology assessment organizations • Conduct background research to support submission strategies • Develop clinical summaries and budget impact analyses for HTA filings • Prepare slide decks and attend meetings with health agencies and payers • Interview clinicians for strategic insights • Monitor and analyze access and reimbursement landscape in Canada • Contribute to research efforts on pharmaceutical policy in Canada

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in a Life Science discipline, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related field • A minimum of three (3) years’ direct work experience in health economics, health technology assessment, or a related field • Strong basis in cost-effectiveness model design, analysis and interpretation. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demands, and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to manage personal and project team members’ time across competing projects • Proven ability to identify and respond to different communication and work styles of team members and contractors • Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding and team-motivating skills • Strong strategic, problem solving, and analytical abilities • Proven relationship building capabilities; developing and maintaining strong client relationships, effectively interacting with peers • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
