📋 Description
• Deliver industry-leading services including call center staffing for product information requests • Triage drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers • Identify adverse events during customer interactions • Perform intake for adverse event reports • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs
🎯 Requirements
• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent • Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills • English C1 level is obligatory • Mother tongue fluency in French • Strong translation skills
