📋 Description
• Deliver industry-leading services including call center staffing for product information requests • Identify and intake of adverse events and/or product quality issues • Medical writing and triage drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals • Maintain excellent business results and coordinate with various departments as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent • Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills • English C1 level is obligatory • Fluency in Spanish is essential • Strong translation skills • Call Center, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experiences including medical writing
