📋 Description
• Reports to the Senior People Director – Europe • Support all day-to-day HR operations • Manage the full employee life cycle • Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience • 3-5 years within an international environment • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in European countries • Fluent in English and Italian • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
