📋 Description

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools • Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders • Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs • Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws • Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR • Support international mobility and relocation processes • Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions • Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement • Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 -10 years of previous HR operations experience • 3-5 years within an international environment • Previous HR experience in France is a must • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country including France • Fluent in English and French, any other European language will be a plus • Experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Solution oriented • Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
