📋 Description

• Drive full lifecycle delivery and management of specialized MedComm projects • Act as the primary, hands-on PM for the team, proactively anticipating needs and managing all daily project operations independently • Develop and actively manage project timelines, risk registers, communication plans, and change logs • Work tightly and collaboratively with Account Services and the Medical team to facilitate project workflows and ensure scientific accuracy • Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action in partnership with Account and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Three to five years of experience in a PMO role • Agency experience is required; MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agency experience is ideal, but not limited to these areas • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
