📋 Description

• Collaborates with legal practice groups to understand their needs and the right technology solutions to enhance legal service delivery. • Evaluates, implements, and adopts practice-specific and client-facing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. • Maintains an awareness of emerging tools and technologies. • Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and makes necessary adjustments. • Provides training and coaching to lawyers and support staff on new technologies and processes. • Works with lawyers to identify use cases/tasks where AI can be used to improve work quality and speed. • Designs and supports adoption programs, including onboarding plans, training exercises, communications, and post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. • A minimum of 10 years of work experience, but not necessarily all as a practicing lawyer. • Experience in a law firm or legal department setting. • Certification or coursework in legal technology or related fields. • Project or product management experience. • Strong intellectual curiosity and a lifelong learner mindset. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with collaboration platforms, practice-specific applications, document automation, and process automation tools.
