📋 Description
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers • Drive retention and expansion within your portfolio • Monitor usage metrics and engagement indicators • Advise clients on building WhatsApp marketing campaigns • Guide new customers through product implementation • Track KPIs related to adoption, retention, and campaign performance • Manage escalations and coordinate with technical teams • Use AI tools to support campaign creation • Maintain structured account notes and CRM updates
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a CSM in a SaaS environment • SaaS / Software company experience • Excellent communication skills (French & English) • Marketing knowledge (Strong Plus) • WhatsApp campaign expertise • AI familiarity (Bonus)
