📋 Description

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns • Create high-converting campaign structures focused on ticket sales and ROAS • Monitor daily performance and continuously improve KPIs • Retarget website visitors and build conversion funnels • Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies • Work closely with the team to align campaigns with upcoming events and launches • Provide quick reporting and performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta & TikTok Ads for events, ticket sales, festivals, nightlife, entertainment, or high-conversion e-commerce or lead generation campaigns • Strong understanding of pixel tracking, conversion optimization, retargeting, and scaling winning campaigns • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach • Experience with creative testing and viral TikTok-style ads is a strong plus
