• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, working on both front-end and back-end. • Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. • Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated tests, and development best practices. • Provide technical onboarding and mentorship for the team. • Support the team with technical challenges, acting as a facilitator in problem solving and helping apply best practices, architectures, tools, and workflows. • Identify and resolve complex issues in existing systems. • Make extensive use of AI tools to support day-to-day activities, including coding, impact assessment, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem. • Experience with Angular (components, services, reactive forms, RxJS). • Experience consuming RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT). • Experience working with agile software engineering practices. • Experience with microfrontends and module loading strategies in Angular. • Experience with front-end unit and integration testing libraries such as Jest. • Experience with version control systems (Git). • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. • Knowledge or experience in the Financial industry is a plus.
