📋 Description

• Design and build a robust, enterprise-level data platform • Lead architectural choices for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other modern data-stack elements • Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and data quality checks • Set up data observability • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn messy data into meaningful insights • Mentor the technical team and serve as a go-to expert • Shape the company-wide data culture and platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building enterprise-scale data systems • Fluency in data infrastructure • DevOps for data experience • Modern engineering workflows, including CI/CD and Git • Deep understanding of data governance, security, and data quality at scale • Experience with Microsoft Fabric • Experience with Power BI • Experience with cloud data ecosystems • Hands-on, collaborative approach • Ability to build clean, efficient, scalable systems
