📋 Description
• Build reliable, scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript • Design and operate APIs and data flows that power core features of our product • Own the full lifecycle of backend systems — from architecture and code to deployment, monitoring, and observability • Help evolve and maintain our AWS infrastructure using Terraform • Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of our backend systems • Help shape the culture and engineering standards of our growing team
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems • Care deeply about system observability, reliability, and performance • Comfortable managing cloud infrastructure (AWS + Terraform experience strongly preferred) • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production • Hands-on experience with relational databases (especially Postgres / AWS RDS) • Enjoy working on a tight-knit, fast-moving team where engineers wear multiple hats • Communicate clearly and enjoy cross-functional collaboration • If remote, please be between UTC/GMT -3 to -8 timezones
