• You identify relevant influencers, creators and communities and excite them about our mission for the long term. • You independently manage an active portfolio of 25+ influencers and strategically develop top performers. • You build long-term brand ambassador partnerships and create creative concepts, storylines and campaign formats together with creators. • You develop cross-channel influencer strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, podcasts and other relevant creator channels. • You spot new platforms, trends and creators early and proactively test innovative formats. • You are responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of influencer campaigns with a focus on: - Brand Awareness - Performance & Conversion - Community Building - Storytelling & Viral Formats. • You analyze campaign and creator performance using relevant KPIs and derive data-driven optimizations. • You work closely with Paid Media, Brand, Content and Performance Marketing and understand the interactions across the whole marketing mix. • You bring in new ideas, challenge existing processes and continuously evolve our influencer marketing.
• You have at least 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing — ideally in a D2C, lifestyle, health or consumer brand environment. • You have independently managed larger creator portfolios and scaled successful influencer campaigns. • You understand influencer marketing from both a brand and a performance perspective. • You have experience with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch and understand the particularities of each creator ecosystem. • You have a strong sense for trends, storytelling, viral mechanics and creative campaign ideas. • You work strategically while being hands-on and implement initiatives independently. • Numbers, KPIs and performance analyses do not put you off — you actively use data to optimize your campaigns. • You are a strong communicator, quickly build trust-based relationships and move confidently in the creator environment. • You love a healthy lifestyle and want to share your enthusiasm with the world.
