📋 Description

• Take operational responsibility for the entire Google Ads account across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube • Develop campaign structures, manage bidding strategies and budget allocation, and independently conduct ongoing A/B tests • Work closely with the Head of Growth to implement the strategic direction operationally • Analyze performance data and derive concrete optimization measures • Actively work with attribution and BI tools such as getklar, adtribute, and Triple Whale • Ensure accurate tracking with GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, cross-domain tracking, and conversion modeling • Provide data-driven feedback to the Creative team on creatives, landing pages, and advertising messaging • Use AI tools—particularly Claude—for analysis, research, reporting, and process automation • Monitor Google updates, competitors, and new features, and rapidly translate relevant insights into profitable initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of proven senior-level experience in operational Google Ads management—ideally at a D2C company with direct responsibility for revenue and ROAS • Deep understanding of direct-response marketing • Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, conversion modeling, and cross-domain tracking • Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or comparable solutions • Solid understanding of data-driven optimization and testing methodologies • Structured, self-directed, and fast-paced working style without micromanagement • Active use of AI as a productivity multiplier, particularly Claude
