📋 Description

• Analyze existing payroll and benefits processes and identify opportunities for improvement or remediation • Redesign and resolve business process issues involving vendor integrations across multiple EMEA and APAC countries • Configure and support PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits (HCM) functionality • Analyze integration requirements and coordinate interfaces between PeopleSoft and external/vendor systems • Collaborate with vendors, developers, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle • Prepare functional/design documents, test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans • Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities • Use SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Review and evaluate technical solutions with PeopleSoft developers • Support issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution during implementation and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant PeopleSoft HCM experience • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll & Benefits • Strong understanding of payroll processes and configurations • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and third-party/vendor integrations • Good knowledge of SQL for analysis and troubleshooting • Experience with payroll implementations, transformations, enhancements, or support projects • Experience preparing design documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and test plans • Understanding of PeopleSoft technical components, including Application Engine, SQR, interfaces, and integrations • Ability to evaluate technical solutions and collaborate with developers • Strong coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, developers, business users, and cross-functional teams • Experience supporting multi-country environments across EMEA and APAC is highly desirable • Immediate joiner required • Candidate must undergo Background Verification (BGV) during onboarding
