📋 Description

• Lead and manage SAP CPQ and enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance frameworks. • Coordinate internal teams, business users, SAP consultants, and external vendors to achieve project objectives. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications. • Track project performance using key metrics and ensure timely escalation of critical issues. • Manage change requests, scope modifications, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure successful delivery of SAP CPQ implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and delivery standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–18 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery • Experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management capabilities • Experience managing distributed and remote teams across multiple geographies • Hands-on experience delivering SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) projects • Understanding of SAP CPQ implementation, configuration, integrations, and business processes • Experience coordinating with SAP functional and technical teams • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Configure-Price-Quote business processes • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem integrations and enterprise application landscapes • Strong leadership and team coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
