📋 Description

• Provide functional support and configuration expertise across Workday HRMS modules • Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday functional solutions • Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and other functional teams to deliver Workday enhancements • Perform Workday configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of system changes • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution for production and business-process-related issues • Analyze existing business processes and recommend appropriate Workday solutions • Support Workday releases, enhancements, fixes, and change requests • Prepare and execute functional and regression test scenarios • Provide guidance, documentation, and training to HR teams and end users when required • Ensure Workday configurations and processes follow applicable data security, privacy, and organizational standards • Participate in meetings and provide support aligned with PST working hours • Manage multiple priorities independently in a remote working environment

🎯 Requirements

• 8–11 years of overall experience with strong hands-on experience in Workday HRMS • Strong functional expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Compensation, Workday Time Management, and Workday Absence Management • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and functional troubleshooting • Good knowledge of Workday reporting and data-related processes • Experience in Workday implementation, enhancement, and production support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment • Prior experience supporting clients or teams operating in the PST time zone is preferred • Immediate joiner availability is mandatory • Experience working directly with US-based clients or HR/IT teams • Experience in Workday production support and incident resolution • Exposure to Workday release management and system enhancements • Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and user acceptance testing
