📋 Description

• Advise customers on Kubernetes, cloud-native, and platform engineering strategies • Analyze requirements and design modern developer and container platforms • Architect, design, and implement Kubernetes environments across cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises scenarios • Conduct workshops, assessments, and technical strategy discussions • Introduce DevSecOps, GitOps, and automation concepts • Support Kubernetes migrations and the modernization of existing platforms • Assist with technology decisions and evaluate suitable platform and infrastructure components • Work closely with cloud, security, data, and software teams • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and support presales activities • Actively share knowledge within the team and with customers • Develop modern cloud-native and developer platforms • Advise on architecture and technology topics and implement scalable Kubernetes solutions in enterprise environments

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience, a degree, or vocational training in IT • Several years of experience in Kubernetes, cloud-native, and platform engineering environments • Experience designing, building, and operating Kubernetes platforms • Strong knowledge of container technologies, Linux, and automation • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD • Very good German language skills (at least C1) • Good English language skills (at least B2) • Ideally, experience with AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher, or VKS • Ideally, experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, particularly vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) • Ideally, knowledge of GitOps, DevSecOps, and observability • Ideally, experience with multi-cloud, hybrid-cloud, or private-cloud environments • Ideally, expertise in Terraform, Argo CD, Flux, or comparable technologies • Ideally, relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or cloud certifications • Ideally, experience conducting workshops and technical consulting projects • Customer-focused, structured, and self-motivated working style
