📋 Description
• Drive a Product-focused, Partner-First Implementation Strategy • Work alongside Evolent’s Partner Operations and Strategic Account Teams • Develop strategies for slotting opportunities well in advance • Partner with Evolent Engineering to streamline implementations • Serve as the voice of the customer to communicate Partner-specific configuration • Develop and lead a high performing team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred in public health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • At least eight years of healthcare technology Product Management experience • Strong understanding of provider, and payer personas, ‘jobs to be done’ and practice workflows • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience with scrum and agile methodologies • Proven experience working closely with Payer customers • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies in a healthcare setting preferred
