• Develop unique creative strategies, hypotheses and ad concepts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. • End-to-end responsibility for idea development: from analysis through briefing to testing. • Close collaboration with Performance, Copywriting, Design and Editing teams — no unnecessary loops, clearly structured. • Work with data-driven processes, structured workflows and modern AI tools. • Analyze audiences, markets, competitors and relevant platform trends. • Create precise creative briefs for creators, design and editing. • Evaluate creative performance and derive clear optimization measures. • Independently implement smart AI workflows for research, ideation and analysis. • Present key insights to clients (depending on the project).
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in creative development for Meta Ads (TikTok/YouTube a plus). • Strong understanding of creative frameworks, hooks, psychological triggers and direct-response mechanics. • Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling creative concepts. • Blend of creativity and analytical mindset — structured, proactive and solution-oriented. • Reliable communicator, able to work independently and meet deadlines precisely. • Advantageous: portfolio or case studies with creative examples or success metrics.
