📋 Description

• Take responsibility for high-converting shop pages and funnels to improve clients’ market performance • Conduct holistic analyses of shops, landing pages, and funnels, and derive prioritized hypotheses and actions • Identify key levers in the customer journey and develop differentiated positioning • Create high-converting shop and landing page concepts • Manage implementation in collaboration with UX Design and Copywriting • Independently guide clients through the optimization process • Own projects through to measurable results • Monitor current trends in brand and direct-response marketing and incorporate them into methodologies and standards • Collaborate with experts in UX Design, Copywriting, and Performance Marketing • Manage a focused portfolio of projects in depth and support clients over the long term • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and internal AI workflows to optimize work processes and client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in CRO, e-commerce, or UX, ideally at an agency or for a shop with relevant traffic • Proficiency with GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing • Strong understanding of positioning, customer journeys, and conversion psychology • Clear communication skills, both in writing and in client conversations • High degree of independence: consistently prioritize tasks and provide clear recommendations • Very strong German language skills: native or near-native proficiency (C2); very good (C1), intermediate (B2), or basic proficiency (A1, A2, B1) will also be assessed
