📋 Description

• Build TikTok, including TikTok Shop, into a profitable growth channel for client projects • Support clients from launching on TikTok through scaling • Establish TikTok as a dedicated business unit at EVOLVE • Develop processes and standards for TikTok operations • Lead a team of content and paid media experts, as well as freelancers • Ensure that creator content and ad content are produced reliably and in sufficient volume • Support clients as they launch on TikTok Shop and communicate with them as an equal partner • Build a creator pool and establish processes for creator sourcing and briefing • Translate trends into content and advertising concepts • Own the strategy for the business unit and build a team step by step

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or social media marketing, ideally at an agency or in client projects • Hands-on experience reaching out to and negotiating with creators, including terms, fees, and product shipments • Experience writing hooks, scripts, and briefs that drive conversions • Initial leadership or coordination experience • Experience evaluating performance campaigns based on data, using ROAS, CPA, and creative testing • Hands-on experience in client communication • Experience with CRM, project management, and AI tools • Very strong German and good English skills
