📋 Description

• Develop and implement local marketing plans and brand campaigns in line with the international brand strategy and guidelines • Support the planning, monitoring, and management of the marketing budget for Germany and Austria • Coordinate and implement communications activities across advertising, PR, social media, retail, and digital channels • Organize and conduct trade and consumer events, trade shows, and promotional activities in Austria and Germany • Ensure brand presence and consistency across all retail touchpoints • Plan and coordinate trade marketing initiatives with the sales team, retailers, and key accounts • Prepare and conduct product testing events, including managing testing equipment and materials • Support PR activities, sponsorships, and partnerships • Localize and adapt marketing materials and digital content for the German and Austrian markets • Support sales and marketing meetings, product presentations, dealer training, and sell-in concepts • Collaborate with the international brand team and the marketing department to ensure consistent brand positioning • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure the timely implementation of marketing projects

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or vocational training with a focus on marketing or event management • Initial experience in marketing or event management is desirable • Basic project management skills • Creativity and enthusiasm • An interest in skiing and mountain sports is an advantage • Very good command of German and English
