📋 Description

• Build TikTok, including TikTok Shop, into a profitable growth channel for client projects • Guide clients from launching on TikTok Shop through to scaling • Establish TikTok as a dedicated business unit and develop processes and standards • Manage a team of content and paid media experts, as well as freelancers • Reliably ensure the creation of creator and advertising content • Maintain client communication as an equal partner • Build a creator pool and establish creator sourcing and briefing processes based on the Creator CRM • Translate new trends into content and ad ideas • Own the TikTok strategy and gradually build the team

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or social media marketing, ideally at an agency or in client projects • Hands-on experience approaching and negotiating with creators, including terms, fees, and product shipments • Experience writing hooks, scripts, and briefs that convert • Initial leadership or coordination experience • Experience evaluating performance campaigns based on data, using ROAS, CPA, and creative testing • Hands-on experience with client communication • Experience with CRM, project management, and AI tools • Excellent German and good English
