Support Engineer

• Provide first and second-line support for customer installations
• Provide technical support to end users
• Minimize the level of support issues that are routed to GCS/L3 Teams
• Take overall support ownership including testing and delivery of software changes to the installation
• Deliver support to SLAs
• Keep accurate logs of issues using a ticket management system
• Responsible for on-going maintenance of customer systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents to identify problem areas
• Provide workarounds or resolutions, if possible, to clear reported problems
