📋 Description

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable research plans and roadmaps. • Define, design, and lead research projects that inform decision-making across Evoplay, using the most effective mix of methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B tests, behavioral analytics, competitive analysis, and market studies). • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and NPD. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, risks, and content gaps — particularly within the iGaming sector. • Plan and execute user testing sessions (playtests, usability studies, concept validation, prototype evaluations). • Combine behavioral insights and quantitative data to reveal hidden user motivations. • Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.) to synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative metrics and drive business decisions. • Generate strategic insights that inform high-impact publishing decisions, from positioning to regional investment and GTM strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience conducting research across methodologies (UX, ethnographic, quantitative, behavioral). • Proven track record of impactful research in gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industries. • Passion for games, human behavior, and design — understanding what makes players tick. • Strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, surveys, playtesting). • Hands-on experience with competitor and market analysis. • Ability to translate research insights into clear, business-driven decisions. • Proactive mindset: identify research opportunities aligned with key business objectives. • Strong understanding of cross-cultural differences and regional market trends across LATAM, EU, and Asia. • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Impact-driven, with a balance between research rigor and iterative collaboration. • Strong knowledge of research tools and hands-on experience conducting studies with them (Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting, PlaytestCloud, or similar). • Understanding of player psychology, engagement loops, and UX design systems. • Natural curiosity about people, cultures, and how emotions shape digital behavior. • Ability to collaborate effectively with analytics, product, marketing, and business teams to create cross-functional insight ecosystems. • Work side-by-side with product managers, designers, and developers to turn insights into measurable design improvements.
