• Business development and leadership of initiatives to expand Evora’s ServiceNow presence in Europe. • Management of local channel relationships and strategic customer acquisition activities. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identifying opportunities for license resale and expanding the service portfolio. • Monitoring the overall health and performance of the European ServiceNow team. • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement. • Inspiring and effective leadership of the ServiceNow team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • Proven experience leading business and service development initiatives within the IT industry. • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, consulting, or strategic management. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and effective escalation management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive profitability. • Familiarity with cross-border collaboration and multi-team operations. • Fluent in German and English.
