📋 Description

• About EVPassport: • EVPassport is the EV Charging hardware and software platform for purpose-driven organizations. • Brands committed to sustainability rely on EVPassport to provide their customers with the most seamless payment experience to charge any electric vehicle without requiring a separate app, account or a top-up balance. • We operate in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and we offer a leading end-to-end EV Charging solution to enterprise businesses. • This role will be responsible for supporting our West Coast deployment operations. As a result, candidates must reside in either California, Nevada, Arizona, or Texas to be considered. • KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Project Management of assigned Installations: • Optimize and develop Scope of Work materials for installation partners. • Manage inventory, fulfillment, and delivery of EV chargers to construction sites. • Provide local-level oversight of contractors and vendors. • Manage stakeholder relationships for all projects relative to project execution and construction contract management. • Execute project management procedures with integrity and accuracy. • Administer contracts with 3rd party vendors and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain critical records and best practices as internal subject matter expert. • Manage and maintain Product Specification and Installation documentation. • Leverage Data to generate reports on installation issues and non-issues to measure the quality of Install Partners. • Provide accurate and timely reports to the leadership team and external partners on project pipelines. • Partner with Sales Team on expansion awareness and opportunities for optimization. • Work to expand National Install Partner list in top focused geographic markets. • Work with the Sales Organization to schedule and manage site inspections and install partner proposal deliverables to ensure a timely and detailed process. • Additional projects or responsibilities may be assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• We feel the successful candidate for this role will have 2-3 years of project and deployment management experience in a related industry and 3-4 years of EV project and deployment management directly • High level of project management skills including depth of skillset to manage projects at scale • Strong ability to operate independently with accountability • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with external partners and vendors • Attention to detail and data integrity • Strong communication in all forms • Metrics and performance driven • Appreciation and understanding of strong collaboration skills
