🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Knowledge of EC module configuration and customization • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and support • Experience with HR processes and employee data management • Knowledge of EC integrations with other modules and systems • Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications • Collaborative team player • Strong communication skills and proactive approach • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
