📋 Description

• Work on SAP PM and SSAM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects • Gather requirements and design asset maintenance processes • Configure and implement SAP PM processes, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and maintenance planning • Implement and enhance solutions using SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) • Work with WCM (Work Clearance Management), RSH (Resource Scheduling), and Dynamic Forms • Perform fit-gap analyses, solution design, and functional specifications • Lead technical and functional workshops and meetings with clients • Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, evidence, and supporting materials • Support and execute SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities • Collaborate with ABAP, integration, Basis, and other SAP module teams • Analyze and resolve incidents and issues related to maintenance processes • Support integrations between SAP PM/SSAM and other solutions within the SAP ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as an SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant • Proven experience in SAP PM implementation or rollout projects • Strong knowledge of Asset Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes • Hands-on experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) projects • Experience integrating SAP PM processes with SSAM • Advanced knowledge of WCM (Work Clearance Management), RSH (Resource Scheduling), Dynamic Forms, and mobile maintenance processes • Knowledge of maintenance orders and notifications, operations, time and activity postings, and confirmations • Knowledge of equipment and functional location management • Knowledge of online/offline operations and data synchronization • Knowledge of SAP PM processes in SAP S/4HANA environments • Experience with requirements gathering, Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap analysis, functional specifications, testing, and Go-Live support • Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams • Strong communication, autonomy, analytical skills, and problem-solving orientation • Advanced English, with the ability to lead and actively participate in meetings and workshops • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Current official SAP certification related to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / SAP PM, or an applicable equivalent for the professional profile • SAP DMS (Document Management System) experience is a plus • SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certifications are a plus • Official certification or training related to SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus • SAP Certified Associate – SAP Activate Project Manager or equivalent SAP Activate certification is a plus • Certifications related to SAP BTP, especially where applicable to SSAM architecture and integration, are a plus • Certifications or demonstrated knowledge in WCM, RSH, and SAP Mobile solutions are a plus
