📋 Description

• Shape how innovative animal nutrition solutions reach the farm gate across Europe • Manage existing distributor relationships and develop new ones • Identify potential partners and acquisition targets • Spend around 50% of time in the market • Guide the European On Farm Solution Team to success • Prepare a budget for your Business Unit and ensure its compliance

🎯 Requirements

• +15 years of experience in Animal Nutrition, Animal Health • Proven expertise in Distribution Management • Strong leadership skills • Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
