📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced engineers on real production infrastructure • Work with a broad AWS-based stack • Support infrastructure powering EX.CO's video and ad tech platform • Own projects end to end • Contribute to infrastructure serving media companies across web, mobile apps, CTV, and DOOH • Continue learning and make an impact on the team

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of Linux, networking, and how web services work • Some exposure to at least one cloud provider (AWS preferred, but GCP is fine) • Familiarity with Git and basics in programming (Python, Go etc) • Genuine curiosity: you read documentation, break things in home labs, and want to understand why something works • Good communication skills • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (even from personal projects, bootcamps, or courses) is a plus • Exposure to Terraform or another IaC tool is a plus • Experience with any CI/CD system (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) is a plus • Familiarity with Docker is a plus • You're hungry to learn: you'd rather struggle through something new than stay in your comfort zone • You take ownership: when you pick up a task, you see it through • You care about doing things properly, not just quickly
