📋 Description

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for software platforms • Lead modernization initiatives and manage team performance • Establish architectural standards and enforce secure coding guidelines • Collaborate closely with Product Management and internal stakeholders • Oversee system architecture and champion security-first development

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience • 5+ years leading engineering teams (managing managers preferred) • Experience building software in healthcare or a regulated environment (HIPAA exposure preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred) • Strong proficiency with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and modern cloud-ready architectures • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, pipelines, Git, and release management • Expert-level understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and web technologies • Ability to leverage AI tools within engineering workflows
