📋 Description

• Responsible for leading the Prescription Acquisition (PAC) team • Work alongside department management to drive and support department efficiencies • Lead by example and support company and department goals • Demonstrate ability to drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the PAC team • Subject matter expert with current end to end new/existing prescription entry processes • Creating, interpreting, monitoring of salesforce reports and following up • Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required • Certified Pharmacy Technician • At least 1 year of prior team lead experience, preferably in a closed-door pharmacy/remote environment • Ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards, and team development • Knowledge of operational pharmacy workflows in support of prescription acquisition • Demonstrate superior written and verbal skills • Salesforce CRM • Five9 phone system
