• Lead a team of Regional Accounts Managers within a designated geography • Promote PreventionGenetics’ products and services to physicians and other health care providers • Recruit, train, coach, lead and provide performance management for the team • Manage the assigned area’s sales targets and report progress with management team • Establish and maintain ongoing communication and team operating mechanisms • Ensure sales force compliance in all Quality, Regulatory, and Company policies and guidelines • Identify and build strong relationships with key thought leaders and decision makers • Collect ongoing customer insights, market trends, and competitive data and communicate to leadership and peers • Leverage up-to-date product and technical expertise to present and discuss technology and clinical benefits • Manage open territories effectively while recruiting for new personnel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or field as outlined in the essential duties • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, health care, or technical field • 1+ year of experience in a sales leadership role • Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed • Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access to those facilities (e.g., vaccination requirements, mask requirements, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
