📋 Description

• Support global ERP implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Carry out assigned Business Central functional configuration under the ERP Implementation Manager’s direction, subject to review and sign-off • Create UAT test scripts and coordinate testing with business users • Record defects, support retesting, and track issues through resolution • Perform data migration activities, including preparation, cleansing, validation, and loading using Excel and Business Central Configuration Packages • Provide first-line ERP user support, resolving appropriate issues and escalating complex matters to the ERP Implementation Manager • Create and maintain ERP SOPs, user guides, process documentation, and training materials • Support delivery of user training • Participate in requirements-gathering workshops as required • Collaborate with business users and implementation partners on assigned ERP activities • Identify and support post-go-live continuous improvement opportunities across Exaktera sites using the ERP platform

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience • Approximately 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Good understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory/Warehouse, and Manufacturing • Hands-on experience with Configuration Packages, ERP data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test execution and defect resolution • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing business processes • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other ERP platforms is advantageous • Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken • German language skills are beneficial • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes, governance standards, and approval procedures • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international colleagues • Ability to identify, escalate, and help resolve issues within defined responsibilities • Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable • Commitment to delivering high-quality results • Team-oriented and customer-focused approach
