📋 Description

• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely accounting records in Microsoft Dynamics. • Reconcile data between various IT systems and investigate and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain summary tables and supporting calculations for accounting records. • Process payroll in compliance with applicable tax and labour regulations. • Review VAT returns prepared by the outsourced firm. • Collect and properly archive supporting documentation in line with retention requirements. • Close accounts on time and prepare or review financial statements. • Support the annual audit process and prepare audit deliverables. • Participate in automation and other required projects. • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers. • Report to the Head of Accounting, Audit and Tax. • Cover approximately nine months of maternity leave on a fixed-term basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics (required). • Good knowledge of IFRS; ACCA (or equivalent) qualification. • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting positions. • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial management, and EU taxation. • Experience dealing with external auditors. • Fluent English. • Good IT skills (Google products, Excel).
