📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders and Retirement SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for retirement services solutions. • Translate retirement domain concepts (plan setup, contributions, distributions, compliance testing, participant services, reporting) into functional and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with Product Owners and the Business Solutions Architect to ensure alignment with product vision and solution blueprints. • Work with technology teams to clarify requirements for applications built on React, Spring Boot, and Aurora PostgreSQL hosted in AWS. • Support QA/Test Managers by defining acceptance criteria and validating test coverage for business-critical workflows. • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments for change requests and new features. • Ensure requirements traceability from definition through development, testing, and deployment. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning) and ensure business priorities are well represented. • Provide inputs on domain-specific data needs, compliance considerations, and reporting requirements. • Write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, ensuring alignment with business needs and Agile delivery practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in US Retirement Services (401(k), 403(b), pensions, ERISA/IRS/DoL regulations). • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories), and stakeholder communication. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with modern technology stacks (React, Spring Boot, Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS). • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira. • Exposure to QA processes and tools (automation, performance, data validation). • Familiarity with DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub) to understand development workflows. • Knowledge of workflow automation and GenAI solutions (e.g., document extraction with Amazon Textract). • ASPPA certification (e.g., QKA, QPA, CPC) preferred to demonstrate depth in US Retirement Services domain.
