📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Instanda-based implementations • Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions independently • Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working on the Instanda platform • Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance • Good understanding of Reinsurance and Workers’ Compensation processes • Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements • Strong expertise in process mapping and workflow analysis • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi • Ability to independently conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders • Strong skills in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience engaging effectively with both business and technical teams • Strong ability to present, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment • Experience working with US-based clients • Understanding of US insurance market practices and standards
