📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate retirement business needs (plan setup, contributions, distributions, compliance, plan documents, participant services) into solution designs. • Define end-to-end solution architecture spanning business processes, application workflows, data models, and integrations. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical design (Reference tech stack: React–Spring Boot–Aurora PostgreSQL applications hosted on AWS). • Collaborate with Technology Architects and Business SMEs to ensure compliance, scalability, and quality across solutions. • Provide domain leadership in US Retirement Services, including plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting. • Shape product delivery with a business-first mindset, balancing functional accuracy, user experience, and technical feasibility. • Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to create solution blueprints, business process maps, and technology impact assessments. • Guide QA teams in validating domain workflows against business-critical rules. • Identify opportunities for innovation, including GenAI-enabled enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in IT/Business Architecture with at least 5+ years in Retirement Services solutions. • Strong knowledge of US Retirement Plans (401(k), 403(b), pension, ERISA, IRS/DoL compliance). • Proven track record in business solutions, product strategy, and client engagement. • Fluency in technology concepts, including React, Spring Boot, Aurora PostgreSQL, and AWS services. • Ability to create solutions blueprints, data flows, and domain-driven models bridging business and IT. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. • Certifications: TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or AWS/Azure Solution Architect (preferred). • ASPPA certification (e.g., QKA, QPA, CPC) preferred to demonstrate depth in the US Retirement Services domain.
