📋 Description

• Lead the execution of insurance projects (life, health, or general insurance). • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. • Manage cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy admin, IT). • Drive digital transformation initiatives in insurance delivery. • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Managing end-to-end delivery of insurance projects. • Leadership across operations, technology, and stakeholder management within the insurance domain. • Strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall service quality. • Manage cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy admin, IT). • Improve operational efficiency in insurance processes.
