📋 Description

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Instanda implementations • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and insurance SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions • Define and oversee API integration strategies with external systems • Provide hands-on support during implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Establish best practices, governance, and standards for Instanda solutioning • Conduct technical workshops and clearly communicate complex solutions to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience in solution architecture and system design • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Instanda solutioning and implementations • Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain • Familiarity with the insurance product lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration • Instanda Platform Expertise: Solution design, configuration, and implementation of insurance products on Instanda • Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations between Instanda and external systems (policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and reinsurance platforms) • Hands-on experience with .NET (ASP/C#), JavaScript, or Python for integration and customization • Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions • End-to-end delivery of Instanda projects, including setup, configuration, and deployment
