📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex insurance transformation programs • Define target-state architecture, integration strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints • Advise clients on insurance modernization, platform selection, digital transformation, and technology strategy • Lead discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders • Support RFPs, proposals, pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimates, and client presentations • Collaborate with sales, delivery, architecture, and insurance domain teams • Drive modern architecture practices using AWS, Azure, GCP, APIs, microservices, data, digital platforms, and AI/GenAI • Provide architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of insurance technology/business transformation experience • 8+ years of Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Insurance, or related field • Strong knowledge of insurance processes including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Reinsurance • Experience leading large-scale insurance modernization programs • Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience • Experience with cloud-native and digital transformation solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Preferred: Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, Fadata, or Insurity • Preferred: Experience across P&C, Life, Health, Commercial, or Specialty Insurance • Preferred: Experience with global Tier-1 insurance carriers and InsurTech ecosystems • Preferred: Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled insurance solutions • Preferred: Experience supporting strategic RFPs, proposals, and complex pre-sales engagements • Preferred certifications: TOGAF; AWS Solutions Architect – Professional; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Guidewire Certification; CPCU, AINS, LOMA, or other Insurance certifications; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
